My room was absolutely terrible. It was small, not clean, no tea or coffee provided, missing lightbulb, no towels or toiletries. Additionally, we had to go to another hotel for breakfast, which was a disappointment considering the price paid. However, it was explained that it could get cool at night but was fine in the morning. On the bright side, the rooms in the other hotel were very clean and comfortable, plus the food was lovely and plentiful.
